Health at the Desk
For many modern styles of work, long periods at the desk are hard to avoid. These long stationary periods have been linked to increased chances of heart disease, obesity, type 2 diabetes and chronic pain. In this session, Shane Brennan will explore the systems and structures of your body that are affected by desk life and leave you with the exercises and habits to keep your body healthy.

All the exercises can be practiced at your desk but if you do want to take a break and go somewhere else, please feel free to do so.
