Wellness Experience - The Spine with Shane Brennan

Back pain has become commonplace in offices around the world. Prolonged periods of sitting paired with poor postural habits can lead to chronic pain, headaches and injury. Small adjustments made throughout the work day can significantly improve postural awareness, create optimal movement patterns and decrease overall discomfort and pain.

This session will combine theory and practice as we explore and experience movements that allow us to sit with ease in our work environment, increase concentration and reduce or even prevent pain. Feel free to wear comfy clothes to practice exercises to build a robust back.
